We had a great experience at this location of Francini. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Every. Single. Person we worked with, from GianPaul our extraordinary sales person, to the very accommodating gentlemen who moved slabs around for us with their machines so that we could see slabs next to each other, to the manager, Connor, who helped us pull it all together & searched for coordinating material. Every person there was so professional & also so personable! We shopped 5 different stone yards in Houston and Francini had a far greater selection of high quality ‘bookend’ slabs. I returned several times with flooring & paint samples to check for color matching and every time I walked in the door they went above & beyond to help! This location has an amazing team! Thank you gentlemen for all your assistance, patience, & professionalism!

As a project coordinator for a custom home builder, purchasing slabs can be a pain. Some vendors don't do email well while others push clients to finalize a sale within a couple of days. Francini never pushes and is GREAT with communication via email (which is wonderful given how many selection tweaks occur in custom home building). I refer all of our clients to Austin Martin. He's great with clients and walking them through selections and also has a great eye for design choices. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They have a wide selection of porcelain and stone slabs--all gorgeous and high quality--with phenomenal customer service.
