Duties and Responsibilities
  • Safely load and unload customer orders, material transfers, delivery orders, pick-ups, and returns.
  • Inspect for quality, quantity, and sizes. If a container is received, verify samples areincluded in the correct quantity and size. Update sample inventory spreadsheet.
  • Deliver / Pick up material to and from our customers.
  • Manage routes and routines so they proceed in the most efficient way possible.
  • Make sure that the customer approves the material and signs the Francini paperwork
  • This position is the last impression of the company. It is imperative that our customers are left feeling satisfied Serve as a company and brand advocate in every interaction with clients and the public.
  • Make and maintain good professional relationships with each customer.
  • When delivering, be aware of what is in the yard and always ask if they have any other needs. Every interaction is an opportunity for a sale.
  • Do not accept any returns without paperwork with signed stamp of approval from Kristi.
  • Find ways to conserve resources, including fuel, to benefit the business.
  • Work as a Team to ensure proper coverage is given for employee breaks and lunches.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the beginning and end of each shift and report any problems or damage to management.
  • Comply with all DOT and in-house regulations and rules.
  • Additional duties as needed: unloading containers, transfers, warehouse cleaning, and customer viewings when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with fabricators, builders, remodelers and other industry-related professionals.
  • Oversee and nurture all assigned customer accounts.
  • Present and sell company products to current and prospective clients.
  • Deliver marketing materials and ensure marketing materials that customer has are up to date.

  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales.

We are looking for a Yard Personnel to join our team at Francini Incorporated's headquarters in Sun Valley, CA! We are Importers and Distributors of Natural and Engineered Stone with a focus on offering superior Customer Service and Quality Product. We are looking for driven, energetic, and self motivated individuals.

Our Sun Valley location is our company's number one receiving location.

Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Load and unload container trucks. Load and unload materials on delivery trucks scheduled for delivery.
  • Be responsible for maintaining tile and sample inventory. Experience is preferred but not required.
  • Daily use of forklifts to load and unload material. Inspect for general wear and tear and notify Warehouse Manager of any issues with equipment.
Pay

Starting at $15.00/hr + depending on experience.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team! We are Importers and Distributors of Natural and Engineered Stone with a focus on offering superior Customer Service and Quality Product. We are looking for driven, energetic, and self motivated individuals.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work together with General Manager to issue annual and monthly sales goals.
  • Monitor progress of each Sales Representative on a bi-monthly basis. On a quarterly basis give progress notes to General Manager for review.
  • Work with Office Manager to lower monthly returns. Incentivize sales team to lower returns.
  • Oversee and nurture all Francini customer accounts and make sure that their Sales Representative is taking good care of them.
  • Present and sell company products to current and prospective clients.
  • Seek out new opportunities and accounts.
  • Participate in marketing events like trade shows, seminars, etc.
  • Coordinate with sales team to achieve the work required in closing up daily and monthly sales.
  • Communicate new service and product opportunities, feedback, special developments, or pertinent information to management.
  • Develop sales strategies to increase overall branch sales and customer base.
  • Develop business relationships with contractors, both commercial and residential.
  • Train and provide support to all new sales employees. Show them the “Francini way.”
